- Registered on the Startup Bihar portal and recognised by the Department of Industries
- Registered with an incubation centre
- Startup puts in 5% of the seed amount
- Extra support only where owned fully by women, SC, ST or differently abled founders

The catch
This is a loan, not a grant, even though some pages say seed grant. Conditions come from a Startup India summary of an older policy text, so confirm them with Startup Bihar.
