The fund's site has an Apply Online page with no deadline. The June 2026 playbook still lists the fund, with a 4% coupon on loans. Its home page showed little text when checked.

Who can apply

  • Company with at least 51% held by Scheduled Caste entrepreneurs, with management control
  • That holding for 6 months if asking up to ₹50 lakh, or 12 months above it
  • Project in manufacturing, services or allied areas, with asset creation from the funds

How to apply

  1. 1Download the application form and brochure from the fund's site
  2. 2Email the completed form to IFCI Venture Capital at the address on the Apply Online page
  3. 3Clear the fund's appraisal

The catch

Only for SC-majority companies, and the limit tied to net worth can keep early startups far below the headline. The asset creation rule makes it a harder fit for asset-light software firms. This is repayable money.
