The catch
This is available only once and is modest money. Only emerging technology startups qualify, and you need a linked incubator or accelerator to report on your progress. The Goa portal's security certificate had expired when we checked, so your browser may show a warning.
We read this on the official page on 4 November 2026. Rules and dates change, so confirm there before you apply. Founders Wing is not connected to this scheme, does not help with applications and never charges for access to it.
