Support for recognised Odisha startups launching an innovative product in the market. To qualify you need significant equity from registered investors, a sizeable government grant, or steady monthly revenue. Half is paid in advance and the rest after you show bills. Startups at least half owned by specified founder groups get a little more.

Who can apply
- Recognised by Startup Odisha
- Equity of at least ₹25 lakh from SEBI registered funds or angel networks, or
- A government funding sanction of at least ₹5 lakh, or
- Revenue run rate of ₹2.5 lakh a month for at least six months

- 3Nodal Agency reviews, the Task Force approves, then funds are released
The catch
You must already have traction to qualify. Utilisation bills are due within three months of the advance and the final certificate within six, and the policy is awaiting replacement.
