Karnataka's main startup grant, run as periodic calls. It gives one-time funding to take an idea to proof of concept or scale it through technology, plus mentoring and subsidised incubation at government supported centres. The last general call on the department site was ELEVATE 2025, which also had a separate track for SC/ST founders.

- Private limited company, partnership or LLP registered in Karnataka
- Turnover of ₹100 crore or less in every year (2025 call)
- Up to 10 years from incorporation
- Working on innovation in products, services or processes with job or wealth potential

The catch
There is no open general call today, so this is one to prepare for, not apply to. Rules change a little each year, and the turnover limit differs between calls.
