Policy PDF on Invest MP says it runs five years from notification or until replaced. The state portal startup.mp.gov.in would not open because of a certificate error, so current intake is unconfirmed.

The catch
You need a place at an empanelled incubator first, and instalments follow its progress reports. ₹30 lakh is the ceiling, not the typical amount, and the portal could not be checked.
