A fixed grant for pre-seed startups registered on Rajasthan's iStart platform, meant to encourage new ideas. The idea must meet criteria set by an evaluation committee. Startups in which women founders hold more than half the equity get an extra ₹60,000. Registration needs a Rajasthan entity or an operating office in the state.
