Claim-based incentives for recognised Telangana startups. Companies growing 15% a year can claim a grant of 5% of annual turnover within three years of incorporation. Others reimburse patent costs, international trade show costs and first-year hiring of Telangana residents, as well as state GST. Each claim goes to a startup council for a decision.

Who can apply
- Recognised as a startup on the Telangana portal
- Performance grant: 15% year-on-year growth shown in audited accounts, within three years of incorporation
- Patent claim: filed within six months of obtaining the patent
- Hiring claim: Telangana-domiciled employees with the company at least eight months
- Trade show claim: endorsed by a state supported incubator, in the first three years

The catch
These pay back what you already spent or earned, and the council decides based on the year's available budget. Confirm with tsic@telangana.gov.in that claims are currently being paid.
