A top-up for Madhya Pradesh startups that have raised money. If you get funding or a loan from a recognised financial institution, bank, or SEBI or RBI recognised fund, the state adds 15% of it, up to ₹15 lakh, up to four times. SC, ST, women, disabled and transgender founders get 18%, up to ₹18 lakh.

Current status
Policy PDF on Invest MP says it runs five years from notification or until replaced. The state portal startup.mp.gov.in would not open because of a certificate error, so current intake is unconfirmed.
Who can apply
- DPIIT recognised startup registered or incorporated in Madhya Pradesh
- Funding or loan from a recognised financial institution, bank or fund
- Loan repayment period of at least one year
- Grants do not count as qualifying money

The catch
This rewards money you have already raised, so it does not help pre-funding founders. A loan under one year or a grant will not qualify, and the portal could not be checked.
